Meet Your Practitioner

Hello, my name is Liz (she/they), and I am grateful to be on this journey with you!

I started working in the healing professions as a veterinary technician in 2016. I worked in this position for four years, with two of those years dedicated to emergency care. After a much needed break, I transitioned to human medicine for two years, working as a medical and lab assistant, first in abortion care and then in oncology.

I bring this knowledge into my practice, but I understand the healthcare system has dismissed many individuals, myself included. You know what you’re experiencing in your body, and my goal is to help you find the relief you are looking for.

During my first reiki experience in 2017, I had an intense energetic awakening. I immediately knew reiki was an integral part of my life and started doing energy work on myself. After realizing I didn’t want a traditional medical career, I completed reiki certification through the International Center for Reiki in May of 2025. I am currently training in sound healing and look forward to bringing that to my practice in the near future.

Outside of work, I love to be creative in as many ways as possible. I do many hands-on crafts and think there’s nothing cooler than wearing a garment you made yourself. I also train in aerial and circus arts, with the lyra being my favorite. My partner and I live together in our little farmhouse jungle with a small pack of cats and a whole lot of goofy fun. I do my best to live authentically and encourage others to do the same.

I hope to share this energy with you, and inspire you on your path to healing.
