Reiki is for everyone
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that is based on the notion that all humans have an energy field or life force. When that energy becomes stagnant or unbalanced, issues can arise in our physical, mental, and emotional health. Reiki promotes healing and well being by balancing these energies. The word Reiki translates as “spiritual life energy”, with ‘Rei’ meaning universal or spiritual, and ‘Ki’ meaning life or energy. Reiki is the energetic life force that flows through all living beings.
The practitioner acts as guide, using a variety of hand placements, to bring flow of universal energy. You may feel temporary physical sensations such as temperature change, tingling, waves of emotion, or simply relaxed. Whether you are dealing with persistent stress, chronic illness, or seeking overall wellness, a reiki session can:
relieve pain & discomfort
reduce anxiety & stress
aid in emotional regulation
ease digestion & release toxins
increase blood flow & circulation
promote more restful sleep
support immune system
bring a sense of peace and well being
